MICHELE RAYL

Vice President, Human Resources 

As Vice President of Human Resources, Michele is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. Since Michele’s leadership appointment, she has been instrumental in aligning human resources initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.  Michele has over 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and management. 

She holds a degree in Accounting and SHRM-CP, SHRM-PMG, and PHR designations. Michele is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and currently serves on several senior HR roundtables within the HR community.
