Executive Director, Human Resources 

As Executive Director of Human Resources, Michele is responsible for all human resources policies, programs, and services for the organization. Since Michele’s leadership appointment, she has been instrumental in aligning human resources initiatives with the strategic goals of the organization.  Michele has over 20 years of experience in human resources, accounting, and management. 

She holds a degree in Accounting and SHRM-CP, SHRM-PMG, and PHR designations. Michele is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and currently serves on several senior HR roundtables within the HR community. 

Her favorite Anchor system is inclusive of the full product line, as each system demonstrates the dedication of the Anchor team as a whole and their commitment to a customer-centric mindset.
