Technical Service Representative 

James Gibbons, our Technical Service Representative, is an excellent addition to the Anchor Audio family!  He enjoys partnering with the Sales & Service team by providing superior customer service with a focus on technical support. His passion for our product line, coupled with his technical knowledge, and the ability to remain calm under pressure has enabled him to excel within Technical Support. 

 James began his career with Anchor Audio in the Fall of 2022, as a Production Associate, and in 2023 he was promoted to his current role. 

His hobbies are…. FAMILY, FAMILY, and family! He also likes to throw in some skateboarding and any other sports with wheels or balls.  James says that Anchor is a perfect fit for him because of his great love for music and has become his home away from home.
